Can we add an agenda item? We’ve been trying to get the Learning MFE working in master. We’ve found and solved multiple issues, but we currently blocked by an authentication problem that we can’t solve. ---

I’d like to add to the agenda the following questions, which can be tackled over one or more sessions: 1. Are there blocking issues for the adoption of Tutor as the default community installation? If more time is needed for investigation, what is the deadline and who is in charge for handling this task? 2. If Tutor becomes the new default community installation, what changes to the current release process do we need to make? I’m thinking in particular in terms of CI/CD. 3. Do we need to make organizational changes to the Tutor maintainers program? Currently, maintainers are the ones making decisions about the future of Tutor. How do we avoid duplicate discussions with the BTR group and make sure that we can reach decisions swiftly, all the while guaranteeing that the ones making decisions are actually contributing back to the project? ---

- Lilac.2 - edx-certificates - Learning MFE - Kyle McCormick to speak about what it would take to have Learning MFE in Maple - Tutor - If Tutor becomes the new default community installation, what changes to the current release process do we need to make? Working group meeting location change As previously discussed we are relocating the Build Test Release group meeting to a new zoom meeting location.
