Iโ€™d like to nominate Jesse Stewart as a core contributor and maintainer of the [newly created end-to-end-tests repository](https://github.com/openedx/end-to-end-tests/pull/1). Jesse is already a Core Contributor and has expressed interest in helping build out and maintain a new set of end-to-end tests that can help BTR test the named release in a more automated fashion. Jesse has also been doing significant work on [WGU-Open-edX/openedx-e2e-tests](https://github.com/WGU-Open-edX/openedx-e2e-tests), a Playwright-based test suite they are interested in porting over to this new repo. With sufficient Yes votes and zero No votes, this rights expansion is approved! Iโ€™ll be updating Jesseโ€™s access rights along with the other maintainers.
