I’d like to nominate Max Sokolski as a core contributor and maintainer of the [newly created end-to-end-tests repository](https://github.com/openedx/end-to-end-tests/pull/1). Max is already a Core Contributor and has expressed interest in helping build out and maintain a new set of end-to-end tests that can help BTR test the named release in a more automated fashion. Max is also the current maintainer of [openedx/cypress-e2e-tests](https://github.com/openedx/cypress-e2e-tests), so he brings direct experience operating the project’s existing end-to-end test suite. Sure thing. I have worked with Max in different projects over the years and the quality and depths of his work has always been a constant. I vote **yes** ---

With sufficient Yes votes and zero No votes, this rights expansion is approved! I’ll be updating Max’s access rights along with the other maintainers.
