The edx-django-release-utils repo is not installed by default and I propose that we remove it from the set of packages that the community supports. If you have any concerns/feedback please comment on the DEPR ticket: [[DEPR]: Archive edx-django-release-utils · Issue #81 · openedx/edx-django-release-util · GitHub](https://github.com/openedx/edx-django-release-util/issues/81)

The deprecation will be accepted on 2026-02-05T05:00:00Z if there are no blocking issues/discussions.
