Hi there,

We plan to deprecate and remove the webfonts version of FontAwesome, in favor of the svg version of same. We are targeting removal after May 8th 2020.

This is mostly just a technical change, behind the scenes.

Please read [https://openedx.atlassian.net/browse/DEPR-22](https://openedx.atlassian.net/browse/DEPR-22) for more information and to post any questions/comments. The proposed deadline for comments before acceptance is May 8th 2020.

Thanks, Michael Terry
