Hello
We are looking into security for our platform and wanted to know if docker can run rootless for running tutor? I have read that tutor does not require root but I could not find anything definite for docker itself. I did see that the tutor documentation in the Podman section mentions that rootless requires setting up a web proxy on port 80 or 443. Would this also be necessary to do on docker?
