I have been incredibly patient.
But I have now seen in Slack another user having the same issue because they are trying to install Insights but cannot use the Geolocation tasks because they do not have access to a free Maxmind GeoIP file as they are no longer supported or distributed.

While my PR is still being reviewed, does edX plan to distribute a Legacy GeoIP file so that new installations of Insights can use the Geolocation tasks?
