# Hooks framework filters moved to the openedx GitHub org

The [openedx-events](https://github.com/openedx/openedx-events) and [openedx-filters](https://github.com/openedx/openedx-filters) repos have been transferred from eduNEXT’s GitHub organization to the openedx GitHub org. This was always the intended long-term location for these repos, and everyone who had commit or admin rights before the transfer still has the same level of access in the new location. GitHub auto-forwarding means that links to issues and git push/pull will still do the right thing.

What exciting news! This is the next step for the framework growth 🎉

I’ve tested CI (everything seems to work just fine) and updated some references to the old orgs to be consistent with this new change. Pretty excited for the things to come.
