Hi,

this question is related to my [previous one](https://discuss.openedx.org/t/clarification-about-translation-process-in-transifex/3265), but more oriented to practical issues, instead of why-like issues.

How to add a new language to a Transifex folder/project? Specifically, I’d like to add the Basque language .po files to the **open-edx-releases** project in Transifex [https://www.transifex.com/open-edx/open-edx-releases/](https://www.transifex.com/open-edx/open-edx-releases/release-juniper/). I can see that Basque has a lot of files already translated in the **edx-platform** project [https://www.transifex.com/open-edx/edx-platform](https://www.transifex.com/open-edx/edx-platform) but as mentioned, it is missing in **open-edx-releases** project. Who is responsible to add a new lang to a specific Transifex project? Thanks.
