# Integrity signatures error

I am seeing an error of when i click on adding integrity signature in Openedx admin pannel  
I have installed this on fresh server then i am also getting the error

# There has been a 500 error on the _My Open edX_ servers

Please wait a few seconds and then reload the page.

My env is Tutor Nugmeg version Please guide me
