LEARN MORE, course cards, and accessibility standards

The course cards with “LEARN MORE” don’t meet accessibility standards. My accessibility checker flags them as contrast problems, probably because they are hidden until you hover over them. I’m one version behind so maybe it already got fixed. If not, here’s a sample card:
