Hello everyone! How are you?

I’m configuring a cluster with OpenedX using tutor and I need to set the resources and autoscaling configs, but I don’t exactly what **cms-worke** r and **lms-worker** can execute.

Do we have a list of tasks that workers can do?
I found this documentation [2.2.6. Background Work](https://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/edx-developer-guide/en/latest/architecture.html#background-work) but it is not enough.

I would like to know if I need to scale up the lms or cms service I need to scale the respective \*-worker service in the same way.
