Hey All,

I’m writing to inform you about a repository that has been transferred from the `edx` org to the `openedx` org. It’s the [frontend-plugin-notifications](https://github.com/openedx/frontend-plugin-notifications) repository which contains the existing [edx.org](http://edx.org) notification tray code.

To begin with, @farhaanbukhsh, @TyHob, and I will be maintainers on this new repository, and it will be included in the [committers-notifications](https://github.com/orgs/openedx/teams/committers-notifications) core committer group.
