As mentioned [elsewhere in the forum](https://discuss.openedx.org/t/a-question-about-lti-provider-support-in-open-edx/4866/4), we’re working on making Content Libraries v2 work as LTI 1.3 providers. Here’s [the proposed ADR](https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/pull/27089/files), and [the current state of the implementation](https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/pull/27411). It has been tested with Canvas, and there’s a PR to go along with it that adds the ability to [import content from a modulestore course](https://github.com/edx/edx-platform/pull/27715). There should be a Lilac backport soon, too.
