@jalondonot Thank you for the regular updates and changes here - it was helpful to be able to get caught up on recent discussions async btw.

Also for those who wonder where the updates have gone - they have been moved to individual threads each two weeks sprints. Get the latest ones at [Topics tagged retrospective](https://discuss.openedx.org/tag/retrospective) . This comes from the changes @jalondonot mentioned, about moving the updates from the synchronous meeting to asynchronous threads.

## Agenda

For the meeting later today, I have some topics to submit for its agenda, if there is room:

- Review the [blockers & request for collaboration from the last sprint](https://discuss.openedx.org/t/contributors-meetup-async-update-april-6th-2023-april-17th-2023/9872/3#blockers-request-for-collaboration-11), and try to figure out good next steps for them
- Formal contributor/community group creation - responding to ping from Feanil in discourse thread [Community WG vs Core Contributors](https://discuss.openedx.org/t/community-wg-vs-core-contributors/9306)
- Review of recent changes - what worked and was useful? what needs to improve?
  - Identification of retro/update threads - using the retrospective tag? [Topics tagged retrospective](https://discuss.openedx.org/tag/retrospective)
  - Some of the updates are currently a bit repetitive - instead maybe the current groups’ focus summary could be posted? And maybe it would be more interesting to read something written individually by each working group, to allow them to highlight anything important?
  - How to integrate the current changes with @ali_hugo 's work on [Brainstorm: Better Planning, Collaboration, & Reporting for Core Contributor Work](https://discuss.openedx.org/t/brainstorm-better-planning-collaboration-reporting-for-core-contributor-work/9585) =\> should we join forces to produce one single nice report/update every two weeks?
