# Open edX Redwood Courseware Sidebar Problem

I am using the latest version of tutor redwood with docker-compose. I want to turn on the “Courseware Sidebar” feature. I turned on the “courseware.enable\_navigation\_sidebar” feature true as in the picture in the waffle from the django admin panel. Can you help me where is the problem?

I can’t. replicate this - I just turned it on in my Redwood instance and it worked fine.

Are you certain you’re on Redwood?

Did you “save” the flag, do you see this line about enable\_navigation\_sidebar on the waffle flag main page?

hi @sarina

we encountered this problem while upgrading the existing quince open edx. i had the problem because open edx is in redwood version and mfe/learning is in quince version. The problem is solved thank you.
