Hi Everyone,

We are currently using Open edX Tutor in our production environment and are attempting to restore data to another server. I have installed the same version of Tutor on both servers, and I’ve copied all the data from the production server to the $(tutor config printroot) path on the new server.

I have a few questions:

Should I stop Tutor on the new server before starting it again?
After copying the data and starting Tutor, I still see the previous state without the production backup. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance for your help!
