# Sandbox studio - Unable to export course

When I try to export the course file from open EdX Sandbox Studio, for the past day the whole thing has been stuck in the exporting stage and cannot be completed to download it. Could you please help me?

Unfortunately, from yesterday evening (14/06) at 20:00 until now this event has been observed

It is probably an issue with the workers

Hi @mougiakou, were you able to resolve the issue and export successfully?

I have tried exporting a course on my end and I did not encounter any problems. I wonder if the internet connection might have been affecting things.
