# "search" button not translated in new catalog MFE

Almost all of the catalog MFE is well translated… except for the “search” button.

Here is a screenshot of what it looks like in French:

I could not find why the “search” button is not translated. Any clue ?

We also found that “Filters” and “Showing 1 - 2 of 2”, and “Winter 2029” are not translated, in the “catalog/courses” page (see screenshot)

I don’t think Winter 2029 would be translated because it’s not a platform string, it’s course information.

Mmm, if it’s a specific date, it is translated however (1 janv. 2023, rather than Jan. 1 2023):

ok, then if it’s an issue with just the demo course, ignore that part.

The Filters, search and “Showing x of x” are the only issues we found with translation so far.

Hi everyone,  
Thank you for pointing this out. These translation issues related to Paragon.

The “Search” text inside the SearchField button is not localized, whereas the other strings are not translated into French.

I’ll take a look and address this. Thanks again!
