# Students can't see certificates in Palm

I was not able to figure out what this issue was. However, since I had to upgrade to Palm.Master anyway to get the fix for [this issue](https://discuss.openedx.org/t/google-universal-analytics-google-analytics-4-and-all-mfes/8749/15), once I did that, certificates started working! (But of course [other stuff broke](https://discuss.openedx.org/t/how-to-fix-missing-check-empty-png-which-is-causing-http-404/12945) as per usual.) So I feel like either a) Palm.4 has some other issue or b) the Google Analytics issue was being hidden in the log files.
