# Studio Course publish date is not set by time zone

Hi friends,

I want to change time zone to my locale time zone,

I have edit TIME\_ZONE value both lms.env.json and cms.env.json files and added USE\_TZ:true then restart all services but no use , While I publish a course on Studio it take different time than my locale Asia/Baku.

How can I fix this or going forward ?
