# Trying to setup local on my Mac but getting this error on LMS logs "MySQLdb.ProgrammingError: (1146, "Table 'openedx.waffle\_switch' doesn't exist")"

Unable to install & launch local installation using Tutor. The containers are running but app wound’t launch. get this error in LMS logs “MySQLdb.ProgrammingError: (1146, “Table ‘openedx.waffle\_switch’ doesn’t exist”)”

Hi @crazykazi and welcome!

Could you provide more detail? What version of Tutor are you running? What steps have you followed?

Thanks sarina for the follow quick response.  
I have been able to solve the problem by giving permissions to data folders.
