So if you were using this patch Bulk emails sending too fast causing gmail to block account. Is there a way to rate limit? - #8 by ghassan you shal disbale it in palm.
Secondaly, it has been recommended to upgrade one named release at time, it might work, but from my own expirence, I only succeded while upgrading one at a time.
