Hey there! I’m a Senior Software Engineer at Axim Collaborative. I strive to make Open edX developers more productive and happy through refactoring, tooling, documentation, and code removal. My favorite part of the Open edX codebase to work in is the “content core”, which is what we’ve been calling that collection of subsystems that take learning content from CMS (Studio) and push it into LMS for instructors and learners to experience. It’s full of surprises (both bad and good!) and I feel like I’m always learning when I’m coding there.

Outside of work, I enjoy programming language theory, drumming, climbing, live music, skiing, and good tea.
