A native Forum from Open edX

Does https://discuss.openedx.org a native open source forum module from Open edX, or there is a third party provides it to Open edX?

@Maky This forum is built on Discourse, which is a software not related to Open edX. I don’t know the hosting arrangements for this particular instance though.
