Can't Get OAUTH2 or SAML to work with Auth0 in Tutor OpenEdX 19

I have now been stuck for a week and have tried everything but I can’t

  1. Get the oauth option as a backend in the admin portal to configure Auth0. When I ran the Edly built instance on EC2 is worked fine, when I did a fresh install I can’t get this to work.
  2. I have tried and configured all the SAML settings as an option but the button just does not show on the screen.

Please any help or guide on how to either get Auth0 with either OAuth2 or SAML to work will be greatly appreciated.
