hello I am a developer for abstract technology and I have a query related to notification tray. I checked the issue on github related to notifications, that notifications are not visible when new posts or questions are uploaded No notification received for new question post · Issue #25 · openedx/tutor-contrib-platform-notifications · GitHub . I am facing the same issue and need help how to resolve this on ulmo. Thanks in advance.
To resolve I ran the below command inside the lms container, basically this initialized the forum indices:
./manage.py lms initialize_forum_indices
