Unfortunately there is no easy way - the list of allowed XBlocks for content libraries is hardcoded into the system (although it is possible to change by changing the code, if you’re up for that).
We have been working on a new version of content libraries that allows any type of XBlocks, but it will be quite some time before it is fully usable.
