@mahyard It is mainly that the feature hasn’t been implemented, though that would need to properly handle the courses that use the library to be deleted. If someone worked on it, that could likely be a good contribution.
Also note that with the arrival of blockstore, content sharing within edX is changing, and the content libraries features will benefit from being ported to use blockstore.
