Governance: A new way to bring up topics with the TOC - OEP-63 just merged!

OEP-63 has just merged! You can now bring up topics with the governing body of the Open edX project, the TOC, by submitting a TOC Resolution Request:

If you have a topic you would like to submit to the TOC this way and you are not sure how, or want help - don’t hesitate to reach out to me, either on this thread or directly. I am happy to participate to work out the kinks, especially for the first few topics.
