How to edit and add new features to tutor Open Edx?

I want to modify some of the code of open edx and want to add new features to it and I install open edx using tutor is that possible to add? I don’t see any Django code on my server It runs using docker and I can’t access the files? How can I access all the files and make changes as I want?
