How to override activation email content

I’m trying to modify email template present at “edx-platform/common/templates/student/edx_ace/accountactivation/email/body.html”
in custom theme at location “custom_theme_folder/lms/templates/ace_common/edx_ace/accountactivation/email/body.html”
But changes are not being reflected.
Platform: Tutor 12.0.4

Path should be

"custom_theme_folder/lms/templates/student/edx_ace/accountactivation/email/body.html"
