both that and xblocks return 404s.

Hey @AntonOfTheWoods thanks for pointing that out, looks like we missed a link in the updates, the docs have moved to our main docs site here: Open edX XBlock Tutorial — XBlock API Guide documentation

I’ve also updated the repo readme to use the new link.
