I’m using OpenX with Tutor v19.0.2 and I want to customize the logos that appear within the MFEs, for example in the dashboard_learner header.
Is there any way to do this?

Have you looked into plugin slots? Available Frontend Plugin Slots — Latest documentation - not all of these are available in Sumac, but some are!
