How to customise header and footer in tutor MFE in a standard way

In tutor, I worked with openedx Release Nutmeg and now I need some changes in the header and footer which will come for MFE like the courses page, Account, profile, and so on.so I figuring out how to make changes there any other way to customize my own header and footer or any plugin way like this please guide me on what can I do Thanks in Advance
