I have edited a video in Panopto, and added quiz questions. When embedding this video into EdX, the video does not stop for the quiz questions but just plays on. If I choose to see the video in Panopto, the quiz works fine. Has anyone experienced the same?

I am unfamiliar with Panopto. Is this an LTI tool? What version of Open edX are you running? Are you using Tutor?

Tutor: No.
Are you using the old lti XBlock or the newer lti_consumer? See the NOTE at the bottom of this page: Enable LTI Components for a Course — Latest documentation
If you’re using an older version of the LTI XBlock that may be the issue.
