SAML metadata - Page not found

I am following - https://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/edx-installing-configuring-and-running/en/named-release-cypress/configuration/tpa/tpa_SAML_SP.html

For making my openedx site as service provider. I successfully generated certificate & key. Made entries in lms.auth.json file & database.

But still I am not able to access meta data here - {your LMS URL}/auth/saml/metadata.xml

Please guide me if something is wrong.

I implemented LDAP authentication for alternative.
