Security: Upcoming Security Release for forum

A security patch for openedx/forum repository will be added to Ulmo and Verawood and to the current default branch around 2026-10-14T14:00:00Z.

It will fix one security defect with a “critical” CVSS 4 severity rating.

The fix has now been released and we were able to backport the fix all the way to Sumac. See the advisory for more details.
