I wanted to know what happened at the conference but didn’t have time to sit through 57 talks. So I pulled all the video transcripts — ~291,000 words — and used Claude to work through them and build a summary out of it.
It turned out better than I expected and I got a lot of insights from it, so I thought sharing here would help others who want to know what happened without watching everything.
The part I like most: it sourced every claim directly to the YouTube timestamp where it was said. So you can check anything in one click, or jump straight to the parts you care about.
