Hi @farhaanbukhsh @mgmdi I added this to the Open edX working group calendar. Note it overlaps both DEPR and UX/UI if that matters.

I maybe don’t know how to use Google Calendar but I didn’t see a way to use the meeting link you provided. The calendar has this meeting information.
