Unable to Access Course Block (Section) – Original URL Replaced by MFE URL

I’m experiencing an issue in Open edX Palm where, after clicking on a course section, the URL automatically changes to an MFE (Micro-Frontend) type URL. For example:

Original URL: https://lms-xxxxxx.in/courses/course-v1:XXXX+xx_xx_xx+2021_Q1/courseware/<chapter_id>/<section_id>/?activate_block_id=block-v1%XXX%2B10_10_2178%2B2021_Q1%2Btype%40sequential%2Bblock%XXXX

After clicking, it changes to: https://lms-xxxxxx.in/courses/course-v1:XXXXXXXXXX_Q1/courseware/<chapter_id>/<section_id>/None/course/course-v1:XXXXXXXXXX_Q1/block-v1:XXXXXXXtype@sequential+block@XXXXXXXXXXX?activate_block_id=block-v1%3ARICE%XXXXXXXXXXXX%2B2021_Q1%2Btype%40sequential%2Bblock%XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Is this a known issue with the Palm release, or is there a configuration I need to adjust to prevent this automatic conversion to MFE URLs? Any guidance would be appreciated!
