Yes, the key thing is that there needs to be some difference in PREVIEW_LMS_BASE and LMS_BASE

for eg :

LMS_BASE = somesite.com
PREVIEW_LMS_BASE= somesite.com/
or PREVIEW_LMS_BASE = preview.somesite.com
