Enable third party authentication

Hello all,

Im trying to enable third party authentication so I will be able to let users to login by google accounts. I was following documentation. but I can’t see Third party Authentication setting section in admin panel. I have set ENABLE_THIRD_PARTY_AUTH true in Tutor config.
