Hello team, I am currently exploring aspects. I have completed all the necessary steps required to install the aspect in the tutor system.
"I am currently facing an issue with the aspect data. As of now, I have 7 students enrolled in my course, as you can see below.
However, when I go to the reports, it only shows 1 enrolled student. I have tried to force refresh the data, but it still isn’t updating correctly.
Is there anything specific I need to do? I have a local tutor with the Redwood release.

@Sara_Burns any idea? Is there a version mismatch maybe (if you’re on the latest Aspects version, it maybe doesn’t work with Redwood…)?

DId you set up Aspects after your course had been running? If so, Aspects will not automatically backfill old data. To do that, you can follow this documentation: Backfill old or missing data — Open edX Aspects latest documentation

Ah yes, if you don’t have the tracking logs it is much more difficult to backfill the data. I’m going to tag you in a thread on slack about the forum you linked (thread link )
