Grant course creation and extract APIs

Hello everyone,
I have installed ironwood and when I registered in studio and requested to be staff and take permission to add courses, nothing happened, I have some questions and will appreciate your help,

1- What would be the scenario to handle this request, do I miss some configurations or it has to be manually informed and added from admin,

2- Please also what would be the link of users in admin because it is not in the admin dashboard

3- How would I get extract edx APIs to develop custom mobile app?
