In my openedx as an admin, i want to create hierarchy like Masters>Branch Name>Semester 1 or 2 or 3 >Course name . Same way Bachelors>Branch Name> Semester 1 or 2 or 3 and so on…>Course name . Students should also be able to see this scenario. I have Openedx quince version using tutor. Guide me step by step so that this hierarchy is made
