How to fix tutor local start error ✘ android-app Error

Hi Friends,
My edx app work normally. Buy today I change the theme logo and link. I run it ok. But, After run the command line tutor config save --set “INDIGO_FOOTER_NAV_LINKS=[]” --set “INDIGO_FOOTER_LEGAL_LINKS=[]” and run tutor images build openedx success. I ran tutor local start -d but it didn’t work. It has an error as below.

I search a lot but can’t find a solution to fix it.
Please help me, How to fix it?

You should build the android image locally. This is done automatically as part of tutor local launch (and not tutor local start). See the plugin docs: GitHub - overhangio/tutor-android: Building an Android application for your Open edX platform
