I created a list of course with some details (name, organization and course number) as well as added contents, then received a request to change the course numbering for them, I tried to find how to do this from details menu but didn’t find a way.

As far as i know, there’s no way of doing it from the graphic interface.
It’s simply easier to create a new course and import the previous work into the new one and continue from there.
Yest, you are right, I ended up to this, created the courses again with new naming of organization and course number.
Why not courses are linked to a unique identifier in the database and it’s allowed to change those fields because future changes may occur in the naming policy.
