Increase {ACCESS_TOKEN_EXPIRE_SECONDS}

Hello

Can I modify “ACCESS_TOKEN_EXPIRE_SECONDS” from the tutor config file
or should I modify ./edx-platform/openedx/core/djangoapps/oauth_dispatch/api.py
if so do I need to do anything else or tutor local restart/reboot is enough.
