Hi,
I’ve installed open edx juniper.3 release in Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit and everything works fine except insights. After login,http://ip :18110/courses/ page shows 500 Error Page. I am able to see the course home but for enrollment and engagement data, it shows message starts with "We are unable to load … ".
I checked the reports database and it is empty.
I did some research and found that I need to set up analytic pipeline and run scheduled task.

but I failed.
Can anyone tell me how can I solve this?
@nez right, I also need good detail overview on this, how to setup and configure it. Let me know if someone can take some sessions on this. really needed.
